Accor has named a new commercial organization and executive committee with appointments including:
• Kerry Healy as chief commercial officer for premium, midscale and economy brands in Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Asia-Pacific. She previously served as chief commercial officer for southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea. • Victoria Sertic as senior vice president, brand, marketing and loyalty. She was most recently vice president of brand management, marketing and communications for Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea. • Kent Warren as senior vice president of topline performance and business intelligence. His most recent role was vice president-revenue and business intelligence for the Pacific region. • Anthony Meguerdijian as senior vice president of sales. He joined Accor in 2020 and has been vice president of sales for Southeast Asia, Japan and Korea. • Amro Khoudeir, senior vice president, digital and distribution. He has managed all commercial related projects for India, Middle East and Africa. • Sarah Fernandez as vice president, public relations and communications. She had been head of marketing and communications for Mövenpick in Asia.
Mint House, a serviced apartment provider, has appointed Christian Lee as CEO. He has had a 25-year career in operations, finance, strategy and corporate development roles at multiple companies include Transfix, where he most recently served as CFO; and WeWork Asia, where he grew the business from four locations to more than 200 across 25 cities. Mint House operates over 25 properties across 16 markets.
