TravelPerk, a business travel management platform, has integrated NDC content with Emirates. NDC content now represents 40% of the company’s global airline bookings, with Europe leading the way at 50%.
According to an announcement, TravelPerk has invested heavily in its NDC integrations to provide the best available fares and a seamless self-serve experience for travelers, including more flexibility when managing trip changes post-booking.
Kristina Geier, vice president-supplier partnerships at TravelPerk, said: “We are obsessed with delivering the best prices and content to our customers, and transforming the travel experience. Investing in NDC technology and optimized connectivity is a top priority for us. NDC fares now represent 40% of our global airline bookings, and with more airlines in our integration pipeline, the proportion of bookings coming through this channel will continue to grow.”
Emirates is the latest airline and first carrier in the Middle East offering NDC content on TravelPerk’s global platform, following recent connections with Hawaiian Airlines and Aegean Airlines. This is in addition to existing NDC connections with American Airlines, United, Lufthansa Group, British Airways, Air France-KLM and others.
TravelPerk was acquired earlier this year by US-based TMC AmTrav.
