Partnership Travel Consulting Adds PNR Auditing Tools to Services

Partnership Travel Consulting (PTC) announced it is now providing three versions of passenger name record (PNR) auditing to its base of more than 100 clients. In January, PTC, a travel management consultancy, will expand those audit services to other corporations for travel between the US and the European Union, including the UK.

The auditing services come into play via strategic partnerships with PTC to ensure longer-term opportunities for cost recovery and pre-departure savings. The three companies partnering with PTC are Cerebri AI, Fare Audit Inc. and PaxFour.

Andrew Menkes, founder of PTC, said the company has always been supportive of neutral audits, and its first audit was under the flag of Corporate Hind$ight a decade ago, when PTC audited historical business class fare discounts for corporate clients. “There’s more value in live audits where there’s time to rebook the PNR,” said Menkes.

Jean Belanger, CEO of Cerebri AI, said: “Policy and duty of care are of paramount importance in managed travel, and so is value. Understanding the impact of dynamic pricing by airlines on contracted rates is more important than ever, and we are super excited to partner with an industry leader in managed travel.”

Johan Fugmann, CEO of Paxfour, said: “Since 2012, we have been supporting clients in travel management in Europe in getting their rightful compensation in case of flight delays/cancellations. We are very excited to expand our services to the US market as a proud partner of Andy and his team at Partnership Travel Consulting.”

Martin Morrison, CEO of Fare Audit, said: “Andy and I have known each other for a few decades, and he understands the importance of independent auditing. I’m thrilled to have him as a partner going into the New Year.”
