NuTravel, a travel technology provider, has been rebranded as Traverse Technologies. The announcement was made by Michael Harbin, CEO, at the GBTA Convention 2023 in Dallas. Traverse Technology is majority owned by Airlines Reporting Corp. (ARC).
According to an announcement, Traverse offers suppliers and corporate travel buyers more options without compromising program requirements, governance or user experience. Traverse’s solutions allow suppliers and travel managers to integrate direct booking while providing the necessary services to business travelers within a tailored corporate program.
Harbin said the company’s solutions are designed to meet travel managers and travelers where they are through preferred brand experiences, giving them more choice and flexibility with fewer technology layers. He said the company is “helping suppliers and corporations of all sizes, including large, global brands, remove barriers and enable new distribution strategies that deliver tangible benefits.”
Traverse also announced that Aeromexico would become an airline partner, focusing on the airline’s business in Mexico under Aeromexico Corporate. Traverse is currently working with the carrier to continue the development of its booking platform, which, he said, “will be a significant enhancement to aeromexico.com for corporate customers.” Aeromexico joins Air Canada, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and WestJet as airlines partnering with Traverse, with more expected to join in the coming months.
