Norse Atlantic Airways will launch three-times-weekly flights from Los Angeles to Rome beginning May 22, 2025. In addition, the carrier is resuming its Los Angeles to Oslo service for summer 2025, the third consecutive summer the route has been available.
The Los Angeles-Rome flights will be on Boeing 787 Dreamliners, with each seat providing an entertainment system. Norse Premium cabin seats feature a 43-inch seat pitch and 12-inch recline.
All bookings in economy light class now include a 22-pound carry-on bag in addition to a personal under-seat item. This applies to bookings made beginning last Sept. 2 and directly on the flynorse.com website, irrespective of whether the ticket was purchased as part of the sale. Different rules may apply for bookings made via a third party.
Norse Atlantic, according to the company, offers affordable fares on long-haul flights, primarily between Europe and the US. The airline’s fleet consists exclusively of Boeing 787 Dreamliners that serve New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Orlando, Oslo, London, Berlin, Rome, Paris, Athens and Las Vegas. The carrier’s first flight took off from Oslo to New York on June 14, 2022.
