Bizly, a platform for booking and managing small meetings, is launching its services to all prospective corporate customers, opening up the site following a closed access period. According to the company, Bizly empowers employees with a self-serve platform that provides “all the content they need” to pick a venue and book a complex event in just a few clicks. That includes an artificial intelligence-powered message center, Additionally, Bizly offers a meeting concierge that helps finalize the booking. Bizly claims to ease the RFP process -- replacing it with a “consumer-style online booking experience” that adheres to corporate spending requirements. Small meetings, according to Bizly, represent “a major untapped revenue opportunity for the hospitality industry in the wake of Airbnb and the rise in home sharing.” Bizly has been operating in a closed beta phase with several large companies.
