BCD group has announced that John Snyder will take on the role of CEO, replacing Joop Drechsel, who is stepping down after almost 15 years in that position. Snyder will retain his current position as CEO of BCD Travel.

MGM Resorts International appointed Kelly Smith as senior vice president and chief digital officer, responsible for providing strategic digital leadership to enhance guest experiences across the portfolio of brands. With over two decades of technology experience, Smith joins MGM Resorts from Starbucks, where he served as vice president of global digital products, leading the teams responsible for the company's mobile and web products. He has also served as vice president, digital for Starbucks China where he recruited and led product management, design and engineering teams.

American Airlines has promoted Tom Lattig to managing director – EMEA sales. He will be based in London where he will oversee sales activities, such as supporting American’s network of routes throughout Europe. He had been serving as director – corporate sales programs in the carrier’s Fort Worth headquarters.

Pentahotels has named Laszlo Posa as corporate director of revenue management, responsible for driving revenue strategies across all segments of the brand. Prior to joining the company, Posa served as head of revenue management for Hotel du Vin, a lifestyle hotel chain in the UK.

21c Museum Hotels has appointed Craig Greenberg as CEO, replacing Steve Wilson, who founded the company and will continue to serve as chairman of the board. Greenberg has been serving as president of the brand and will retain that position as well. Prior to joining 21c, Greenberg was an attorney with Frost Brown Todd in Louisville.

The Indian Hotels Company Limited, which operates Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris, has appointed Puneet Chhatwal as CEO and managing director. He had been CEO of Steigenberger Hotels AG – Deutsche Hospitality.
