Connection enables companies to instantly capture bookings and provides immediate visibility into traveler spend without need for email

The United Airlines - Concur TripLink capability is now available on the carrier’s mobile app. Last January, United became the first airline to go live with TripLink, which connects trips, travelers and itineraries across multiple channels. The integration allowed users to connect their Concur account with the airline. After connecting their accounts, companies can capture bookings that those travelers make on United.com. Travelers also receive their company’s negotiated rates where available, and receive booking data in their Concur accounts. They can also submit United tickets with e-receipts that automatically create expenses. Originally available only on United.com, the solution is now available via United’s mobile app on iOS and Android. Corporate bookings made on both United’s website and the mobile app are automatically synced with Concur without a user needing to email plans@concur.com, providing immediate visibility into traveler spend and monitoring for policy rules (if applicable). The integration also delivers further traveler flexibility through the delivery of an e-receipt for each booking.
