Omni Hotels & Resorts announced the appointment of Annette Bales as vice president of sales. She has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Omni, Bales served as executive director of sales, service and experience at Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte Harbor, Fla. She also held various leadership roles during a 15-year tenure at Marriott International.

Kempinski Hotels has named Massimo Brancaleoni as chief commercial officer. He brings over 25 years of commercial experience, most recently as senior vice president sales and revenues at Silversea Cruises. Brancaleoni spent 20 years with the cruise ship company Costa Crociere, working his way up to senior vice president, global sales.
