Virgin Hotels Collection has made two appointments to its leadership team:

Johanna Kent was named chief people officer. She brings more than 27 years of experience, most recently as leader of the people and culture team at Virgin Orbit.

Leo Rotshteyn was named global head of revenue management and distribution. He has more than three decades of experience, most recently at Preferred Hotels & Resorts, where he managed a portfolio of more than 50 hotels.
