Partnership Travel Consulting, a global travel management group, has named Sophie Mokhtari as senior vice president-chief transformation officer. According to an announcement, she has a proven track record of successfully leading and transforming travel and meetings programs for a number of companies with travel and entertainment (T&E) spend ranging from $50 million to over $1 billion. She has managed travel programs for Rio Games, a startup, as well as for Chevron, HP, Seagram’s, NBCUniversal and Comcast. Andrew Menkes, founder, said that he and Mokhtari go back to when she was a client of PTC in her role at NBCUniversal. He said, “Her knowledge and experience will bring unique sourcing insights and experience to the company’s global consulting team and will be a tremendous asset to chief product officers; and meetings and events and T&E managers.”
