Altour, Internova Travel Group’s corporate division, has named Shannon Garcia as senior vice president of global sales and strategy. She most recently worked for Deem, a corporate travel software company, where she led its strategic sales and client management team. Garcia has more than 25 years of experience in sales and business development, including roles with American Express Global Business Travel, HRS and BCD Travel.

Aimbridge Hospitality, a hotel management company, has named Craig Smith as CEO as of March 18. He most recently served as group president and managing director-international for Marriott International where he oversaw more than 2,500 hotels worldwide and managed a development pipeline of more than 1,000 projects globally.

Airlines Reporting Corp. has named Hansini Sharma as managing director of industry standards and best practices. She has been a principal with Acquis Consulting Group, where she spent more than six years. Sharma also heads up the Travel and Meeting Society incubator program.
