Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed Jeff Doane as chief commercial officer. He has over 20 years of hospitality experience with previous roles at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International and most recently as chief commercial officer at Accor North America. Doane will oversee all disciplines within marketing including brand and tactical marketing, public relations, partnerships, social media and digital platforms. He will also be responsible for oversight of Omni’s global and hotel sales organizations, revenue management, the Select Guest Loyalty program as well as distribution and customer service.

Hard Rock International has appointed John Rees as senior vice president of hotel operations, responsible for leading and supporting all facets of hotel operations across the portfolio, including both corporate-managed and franchised locations. He has over 30 years of experience, including senior hotel operations roles at Marriott International and Ritz-Carlton. Most recently, he was vice president of resort operations and guest experience at Marriott Vacations Worldwide.
