New York — The 661-room Tempo by Hilton has opened, the first for the new lifestyle brand. Located in TSX Broadway, a new 46-story tower featuring retail, entertainment spaces and the historic Palace Theater, the property has a cocktail lounge, fitness center and wellness rooms featuring Peloton bikes.

Toronto — Tru by Hilton Toronto Airport West has opened with 121 rooms. The hotel offers free breakfast and WiFi; a large lobby with areas for guests to work, play games, eat and lounge; and a 24/7 market with snacks and drinks. There is complimentary 24/7 shuttle service to and from Toronto Pearson Airport, as well as free guest parking and electric vehicle chargers.

Tucson — WaterWalk Tucson has opened with a combination of 76 fully furnished “stay” units and 50 ready-to-furnish “live” units that range in size from studios to two-bedroom spaces both with and without balconies. All units offer fully equipped kitchens and washers and dryers. The Living Room in the lobby features an espresso station, work stations with a printer, seating areas, board games and a TV. Other amenities include a fitness center, lawn games, a grilling area and free WiFi.

London — The 80-room Premier Inn London Camden has opened in the city’s Camden district. Operated by Whitbread, the country’s largest hotel operator, the property features “compact” rooms enhanced by technology like Smart TVs, “clever” lighting and free WiFi.
