Osaka, Japan — The Four Seasons Hotel Osaka has opened with 130 rooms and 24 suites, all with city views from the29th to 35th floors. (The hotel is located within a multi-use building.) The property offers multiple restaurants and bars, a spa, a ballroom that can be divided into smaller meeting rooms and a boardroom on the 37th floor.
Chongqing, China — The 360-room Moxy Chongqing has opened about 12 miles from the international airport. Rooms offer work desks and chairs, 55-inch flat-screen TVs and free WiFi. The hotel has a lounge, a fitness center and a 24/7 ironing room.
Penang, Malaysia — Marriott Executive Apartments Penang has opened under the same roof as Penang Marriott Hotel and Marriott Residences Penang. The 90 suites offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom options. Each suite has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and living room. There is a fitness center. Several dining options and meeting spaces are available at the Penang Marriott.
