Tokyo — Yotel Tokyo Ginza will open on Dec. 16, offering a range of room choices including double, twin, bunk triple and connected options. It is the third for the brand in Asia and the first in Japan. Located a 15-minute walk from Tokyo station — with links to Narita International Airport — the hotel’s rooms will feature super-fast WiFi and floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the city. Amenities include a bar and restaurant, a 24/7 gym and a robot crew, which can deliver water and extra towels to rooms.
Washington DC — Arlo Washington DC has opened within walking distance of Capitol Hill and the convention center. The 445-room property incorporates the district’s oldest surviving apartment building, the 1888 Harrison Apartments, plus a 12-story addition. The hotel offers a large fitness center, a restaurant, and a rooftop bar and pool. The property has 4,287 square feet of event space.
Murthal, India — Wyndham Garden Sonipat Murthal has opened in the state of Haryana; it is the first for the brand in the country. The 81-room hotel, located a short drive from Delhi’s international airport, offers an all-day restaurant, lobby lounge, fitness center, pool, large meeting and event spaces and a business center.
