Kevin O’Malley, CEO of CTM North America, will step down on Aug. 30, transitioning his responsibilities to Anita Salvatore, COO of CTM North America. “My commitment to CTM,” said O’Malley, “was to get our North America employees and customers through the pandemic, and to rebuild and integrate the businesses coming out of an extremely trying time. We have successfully done this, and I feel like now is the right time for me to step away.”

O’Malley started his career at Travel and Transport in 1994. In his 26 years with that company, 17 of those years were spent as CFO, and his last six years were spent running the company as CEO until its sale to CTM in 2020.

After his departure, O’Malley will act as a strategic adviser to CTM in order to ensure a smooth transition to Salvatore and to assist the company with its global growth strategy. Salvatore has been with CTM since 2016 and in the travel industry since 1988. She started in customer-facing roles and worked her way through several executive leadership positions.
