With the rise of generative AI technology, according to an announcement, the TMC “is leading the charge with Colby, an innovative toolset that streamlines operational workflows and enhances traveler experiences.”
Colby, according to the announcement, is built on a large language model and is securely integrated within Fox World Travel. Colby is seamlessly embedded into Microsoft Teams, eliminating the need for additional tools while enhancing workflow efficiency for travel planning. All Fox associates have access to Colby, said the announcement, which combines extensive public information with Fox’s proprietary data, providing a powerful resource to support travelers’ needs.
