Chase announced it has opened a Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, with its next lounge to open in San Diego on Dec. 6. That will be followed by new locations at Philadelphia International Airport (opening early 2025) and Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas (opening in mid-2025). A new lounge location is also being planned at Los Angeles International Airport.
The new locations follow existing US lounge locations and access points for Sapphire Reserve Cardmembers in New York City (LaGuardia and JFK) and Boston. Cardmembers also have access to the Etihad Airways Lounge in Washington, DC.
The Phoenix lounge is in Terminal 4 South 1 (S1) Concourse. The new space features a centerpiece bar and seating within the space as well as an indoor “patio” offering on the airport’s concourse. The lounge also features a retrofitted Airstream food truck.
Dana Pouwels, head of airport lounge benefits at Chase, said that when the company opened its first domestic lounge, “we were clear that expanding our footprint and elevating the on-trip experience for our Sapphire Reserve cardmembers was a priority.”
