AmTrav, a travel management company (TMC), has launched Change Trips, which the company calls “the best online trip change capability in the world for corporate travel programs.”

With AmTrav Change Trips, according to an announcement, corporate travelers can now easily research and make trip changes online and on the AmTrav mobile app. Users can:

• Change the whole trip. AmTrav Change Trips lets users change their entire air, hotel and car itinerary at once, in one transaction, including trips that are already underway and trips booked via AmTrav’s NDC technology.
• Change trip elements. Change not only dates but also destinations, and research trip changes across all airlines, hotels and car rentals, switching suppliers when another supplier better meets the traveler’s needs.
• Deploy waivers. If an airline waiver applies to the trip, AmTrav Change Trips results reflect that weather or same-day change waiver (for airlines that offer that capability), giving travelers the same flexibility with waived fare rules that the airlines do.
  
  
  
  
• Gain complete control & visibility. Change with confidence, seeing which options are in and out of the company’s travel policy, knowing that spending and safety data are updated.

AmTrav Change Trips is in beta testing with select customers now and will be fully launched in September.
